About Plantation Villa

The villa was completed in September 2019 by an Australian Builder and interior design team.

 

Our Vision was to build a British Colonial style building combined with the Indonesian crafts we have come to love living on the Island. The result, a luxury light, white tranquil haven.

 

There are 3 buildings in the grounds which provide great flexibility and space for up to 16 people.

 

Whether you require a 5,6,7 or 8 room combination you have exclusive use of the Villa with 2 living rooms, 2 dining rooms 2 fully equipped kitchens and 2 guest powder rooms.  Lots of beautiful spaces to relax in comfort.

 

We are situated in Seminyak just a 20 minute drive from the airport, with an easy ten minute walk to the beach and three minutes to the main shopping street full of restaurants, day spas and a huge variety of shops.

 

The villa is serviced daily by our local housekeeping staff.

Wing A

Ground Floor

 

large open living lounge area, dining and luxury kitchen fit out plus a guest powder room.  The living areas can be completely opened up to the deck surrounding the beautifully landscaped deck and pool area or closed and cooled with quality air conditioning or ceiling fans for your comfort.

First Floor

 

2 bedrooms

Bed 1 – king Bed and full bathroom with soaker tub

Bed 2 – King bed or the option of 2 single beds if required with a full bathroom.

These rooms also have the option to interconnect.

Second Floor

 

1 bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom plus a small balcony with double doors

Wing B

Ground Floor

Master Bedroom suite with two sets of French doors opening to the pool deck – king bed, luxury ensuite bathroom with enclosed indoor garden and rain head shower plus large freestanding soaker tub.

 

 

First Floor

 

2nd Master suite with two sets of French doors opening to the balcony overlooking the pool area – king bed, seating area, walk in robe and luxury bathroom with double shower recess.

All bedrooms have air conditioning, high quality beds, furnishings, linen and quality bathroom fittings.
