Rental terms & conditions
Plantation Villa is available for a minimum 3-day hire.
During Peak Season, please add 10% to daily rates. (2019 December 20th to January 5th)
Bookings are subject to 15.5% government tax and service charge
Late check out until 6 pm will be charged at 50% of the applicable season rate and are subject to availability
Check out after 6 pm will be charged at full day rate applicable to the season and are subject to availability
A deposit of 50% is required to secure a booking – Balance on booking is to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival
Cancellations
Cancellations of bookings must be notified in writing
Cancellations 60 days from check in date will refunded 50% of monies paid
Cancellations 59 days or less from check in date – all monies are non-refundable
Early departures are non-refundable
Management and Staff are not liable for any loss, damage or injury you may suffer during your stay at Plantation Villa
We have a strict no party policy and schoolies groups are excluded from hire of the Villa
If you wish to hold a function at the villa, please let us know as there are local applications required to the authorities which incur fees and regulations for the seminyak area.
Management and staff reserve the right to evict or cancel any booking in relation to unacceptable behaviour. Refunds will not be issued in the event.
