How many people does the villa sleep?

16 adults maximum however we can supply a child cot.

Are there extra beds?

We have quality folding beds if required at additional cost.

When is check in and check out time?

Check in is 2pm. Check out is 12pm.

Do you offer late check outs?

For late check out, there an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate.

We require advanced notification during the booking process.

How far is the airport?

20 minutes from Bali International Airport.

Who arranges transport from airport and how much does it cost?

For bookings of 10 nights or more, include airport pick up.
For bookings less than 10 nights we can arrange pick up at a reasonable price.

How far is the beach?

Approximately a 10 minute walk.

Is there an Internet connection?

We provide free wi-fi internet access for your laptop or other devices.

Does the villa have air-conditioning?

All rooms are fully air-conditioned and can be completly closed for your comfort.

There are also ceiling fans in the living areas and 2 large bedroom suites.

Is there an international money exchange nearby?

Yes, within a 3 minute walk.

How does the private daily housekeeper operate?

Staff attend daily to service the villa.

Linen and towels changed every 3 days.

We also have a villa manager contact just in case you require extra assistance during your stay.

Does the villa have insurance in case of accident or theft?

Every traveller is responsible for securing appropriate levels of travel insurance prior to leaving your country to cover accident, illness or theft.

We strongly recommend you have travel insurance.

Our villa has lockable rooms and security safes however plantation villa will not under any circumstances be held accountable for any loss,injury or expense claim directly or indirectly during your stay.
